The Transgenic facility within Animal Health Resources produces transgenic and gene targeting (knockout) mouse models for IACUC-approved studies at the FHCRC. The facility provides DNA microinjection services, ES cell manipulation and microinjection services to Center scientists. The generation of conditional knockout models via the Cre-lox P technology is also available. Services can be customized to the needs of the investigator.
