Instrumentation

Training for the operation of microscopes is provided on an individual basis and by appointment only. Depending on the Instrument, a 1-2 hour hands-on session will be provided. After the user has operated the instrument at least 10 hours under supervision, they will qualify to receive the advanced training that allows them to operate the instrument during non-assisted hours (evenings and week-ends). Training for Operation of the scanners generally takes 10 minutes.

Software

Training for the operation of instruments is provided on an individual basis and by appointment. The instruction is hands-on, and is tailored to the specific needs of the users. Please contact the Resource to schedule.

Microscopy/Imaging Classes

Class-room lectures on selected topics will be provided on a schedule to be determined. Please contact the Resource to keep informed on up-coming lectures.
