miRNA Library

The RNAi Core Facility maintains a human pLe-miR lentiviral library comprised of individual miRNA precursors clones. Individual clones, as well as a pooled library (plasmid DNA), are available to FHCRC researchers. Please note that this library is not barcoded. The library was originally designed by Dr. Muneesh Tewari at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and is sold through Thermo Scientific/Open Biosystems. To learn more about the library, please visit the OpenBiosystems website

An online searchable database and ordering system called the shRNA Web Storefront has been established to facilitate purchases of individual clones, the nonbarcoded human mirExpress microRNA library set, and various controls.  To register for access to the shRNA Web Storefront, please email the following information to genomics_IT@fhcrc.org: Name, Fred Login, PI’s Name, Phone Number, and Mailstop.   (Please note: access to our shRNA resources is restricted to FHCRC labs only.)
