RNA Interference (RNAi)

The RNA Interference (RNAi) Facility was established to support mammalian functional genomics at FHCRC.  The facility’s state-of-the-art infrastructure provides researchers with access to various shRNA/siRNA libraries.  The equipment and expertise to facilitate well-by-well RNAi screening assays is coming soon.
