Research focus: Dr. Ceballos's present research examines the role of psychosocial factors on biobehavioral outcomes of chronic disease (cancer, diabetes) in the context of cancer health disparities. Her work integrates her training in psychoneuroendocrinology and cancer prevention and control with the development and evaluation of culturally appropriate behavioral interventions.
