Affinity Based Serum Proteomics: Breast and Ovarian Cancer

This study, as part of the Early Detection Research Network (EDRN), aims to identify biomarkers that, when used together, can diagnose every breast and ovarian cancer early, when current therapies are effective. The study methods allow for the evaluation of the entire antibody sub library alongside other antibodies, and to molecularly classify breast and ovarian cancer using serum in a manner directly analogous to how we now routinely use transcript microarrays.
