Breaking news: Governor, Washington Legislature fight colon cancer
Washington Gov. Christine Gregoire signed a bill on April 10 mandating insurance coverage for colon-cancer screening in the state. Because colon cancer is ideally suited for screening, death from colon cancer is almost entirely preventable.
