Call the Development department of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center at 206.667.4399.

Please indicate donation is directed towards "Rally for the Cure." The Hutchinson Center will obtain name, phone number, e-mail, firm name, amount of payment, number of riders and rally point. E-mail addresses will be forwarded to PSI, who will then send a number via e-mail which the recipient should print and retain for presentation for the BBQ.

By check:
Checks should be made payable to "PSI" (memo: "Rally for the Cure"). Payment may be made either directly to PSI or the individuals' point of contact (typically Human Resources). Numbers will be sent to individuals via their e-mail address. This number should be printed and retained for the BBQ.

Late registration:
Individuals that come to the event may pay at the event at the PSI booth. They will be given a number to present for the BBQ.

Registration deadline is August 15, 2009. Late registrations and donations will be accepted up to the day of the event.
