Host a Table of Eight at the 2008 Pete Gross House Luncheon

By committing to being a table captain at the 2008 Pete Gross House Luncheon, you agree to fill a table of eight people (including yourself) at the Thursday, September 18 luncheon event.

Please complete the Table Captain Commitment Form and submit it to the Hutchinson Center via fax (206) 667-4955, e-mail kascherr@fhcrc.org or mail to the address listed on the form.

TABLES CONSIST OF EIGHT PEOPLE TOTAL, INCLUDING THE TABLE CAPTAIN.

Once we receive your commitment form, you will receive a packet of guest recruitment tools including save the date postcards and/or event invitations to use to invite potential guests. Electronic versions are also available if an e-mail address is provided.

Invite Friends and Colleagues

Start recruiting friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, etc. to join you at the Thursday, September 18 luncheon event. There is no ticket price or guest registration fee, although an ask for contributions will be made at the event.

Compile Your Guest List

As guests confirm their attendance, record their names and contact information on the Guest Registration Form. Guests can also register online at www.fhcrc.org/pghl. They will be prompted to provide table captain information.

The guest registration deadline for the 2008 Pete Gross House Luncheon is Thursday, September 4 . Table placement is based on the date completed table registration information is received. All placements are made on a first come first serve basis and seating is limited.
